The soundcore by Anker Q20i is a budget hybrid noise-cancelling over-ear headphone with about 40 hours of battery, app EQ and Bluetooth multipoint. It is the headphone teams buy in bulk for open-plan focus. The one thing to know: the microphones are mediocre, so it is for listening, not client calls.

Is the Q20i good enough for the office?

  • soundcore's list price is $49.99 (soundcore, Sep 2026).
  • Hybrid ANC takes the edge off office hum; it is modest next to Bose or Sony.
  • 40-hour battery and multipoint for laptop plus phone.
  • Plastic hinges; the white colour is a separate listing.

For calls, the Sony WH-1000XM6 is the premium tier with proper beamforming microphones. Browse everyday tech.

Who should skip it

Anyone who takes client video calls on their headphones should pay for better microphones. Anyone wanting durable build for daily travel should look at the Bose or Sony.
