The Bosgame M5 is a mini desktop on AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ 395 with 96GB or 128GB of unified memory and dual USB4. It is for a developer or two-person firm on a budget that wants the cheapest 128GB Strix Halo box. The one thing to know: unified memory lets it load large mixture-of-experts models; dense 70B models are slow and there is no CUDA.
Anyone who needs 10GbE or a longer warranty: the Minisforum MS-S1 Max. Anyone whose business cannot tolerate a slow RMA: HP. The GMKtec EVO-X2 is the closest rival; more in AI computing.
