Best for: Offices that need auditable visitor records — NDAs, watch-list screening, badge printing — rather than a sign-in sheet. Single small offices should start on the free Basic tier.

Envoy is the visitor platform most offices end up standardising on: sign-in on an iPad at reception, badge printing, NDA capture, host notifications and watch-list screening, with desk and room booking and delivery logging alongside it. It integrates outward into the rest of the workplace stack — the Logitech Tap Scheduler, Robin and Slack all speak to it — and in August 2026 the company launched Envoy Response, adding threat intelligence and incident management.

Pricing, re-checked against envoy.com in September 2026: Visitors Basic is free for up to 100 entries a month and 50 employees. Visitors Premium is shown at $362 per location per month, billed annually. Reservations is $5 per bookable resource per month and Screens $12 per device per month, both annual.

That Premium figure needs a caveat we would rather state than bury. Envoy has been running price experiments on its pricing page, and the same tier has historically been quoted closer to $131 per location. The $362 held when we re-checked in September 2026, but treat it as the number quoted today rather than a stable list price, and get a quote before budgeting. The rest of the cost picture is equally worth planning: billing is annual, pricing is per location rather than per company, and the iPad and badge printer are hardware you buy separately. For a single small office, the free tier is genuinely useful and Premium needs a specific compliance reason behind it.

Not tested hands-on. Compiled from the vendor's published pricing and documentation, researched August 2026 with all tier pricing re-checked against envoy.com in September 2026. There is no Digital4All score on this listing: our scores mean hands-on testing, and we will not imply testing we have not done.
